TERMS AND CONDITIONS Apply to all transactions on the website owned by Bridal Covered Buttons, also referred to as ‘We'. Please read them through before placing your order. We may occasionally change these terms without notice to our customers, also referred to as ‘You' and changes will apply to all subsequent orders. The products offered on this website shall be governed by English Law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
PAYMENT SECURITY Bridal Covered Buttons is fully PCI DSS Compliant. Online card payments are made using the payment gateway hosted by Paypal (a Paypal account is NOT required) or for Telephone orders by Lloyds TSB Cardnet . All credit card information is encrypted prior to authorisation and your details are not filed on our computer systems.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES Bridal Covered Buttons is a workshop (not a retailer) supplying handmade products to businesses. ALL of our products are Handmade to Order to your specifications. Returns are ONLY allowed on items which are defective. We DO NOT accept returns where clients have ordered the incorrect colour, size or style. We also reserve the right to change colours as fabrics become unavailable without prior notice.
It is the responsibility of the client, when supplying their own fabric, to clearly mark the correct side of the fabric to be used.
Any defective goods or discrepancies noted need to be notified within 3 Working days of receipt either by calling 01651 891130 or contacting us via our Contact Form. We will make arrangements to replace or refund your purchases. Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received back in perfect, unaltered condition. Bridal Covered Buttons cannot be held responsible for delays or losses by the Postal Service. For your protection, please send all returns via a recorded delivery service. Return postage is at cost to the client. Unfortunately we cannot refund on original postage and handling costs. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
PRICING AND PAYMENT The price charged and the one you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order. If however we discover an error in the price of goods ordered, we will write to you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the new price or cancelling your order.
DELIVERY OPTIONS ALL items are Made To ORDER. To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please choose the appropriate Delivery Service for your needs. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, United States, Canada, Africa and Australia. ALL items require a Signature on Delivery. Turnaround time is dependent on seasonal demand, please contact us BEFORE ordering if your order is in anyway time critical or choose PRIORITY DISPATCH.
UK STANDARD (£3.99). UK BUTTON ONLY orders are expected to be delivered by Royal Mail 5 to 10 working days* AFTER date of order or receipt of fabric. ALL OTHER ORDERS (excluding Flowers) are expected to be delivered 7 to 13 working days* AFTER date of order or receipt of fabric.
UK PRIORITY BUTTON ONLY ORDERS (£8.99) - UK BUTTON ONLY orders are expected to be delivered by Royal Mail approximately 4 working days* AFTER date of order or receipt of fabric.
UK PRIORITY FOR ALL OTHER ORDERS (£12.99) UK Orders (excluding Flowers) are expected to be delivered approximately 4 working days* AFTER date of order or receipt of fabric. Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday or on Saturday, Sunday will begin being processed first thing Monday morning ahead of our weekend rush!
INTERNATIONAL (Europe, Americas & Austrailia) SIGNED FOR (£9.99) - Item sent by Royal Mail International Signed For, a Trackable Service. BUTTON ONLY orders are expected to be delivered 15 to 20 working days* after date of order or receipt of fabric. ALL OTHER ORDERS (excluding Flowers) are expected to be delivered 20 to 28 working days* after date of order or receipt of fabric.
*'Working Day' refers to Mon to Fri (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Orders received after 4pm weekdays will be defaulted to being received the next working day.
The customer is responsible for all customs duties, fees and/or taxes accrued when shipping outside the UK. Customs forms will be completed by Bridal Covered Buttons and will include the retail value and a description of the items purchased.
